My beloved Manet students,

We are delighted to share these news with you:

We have just received an email from the Jeannine Manuel Foundation who has decided to offer us a grant of €3,000 for our Boston project. ;-)

It means that you did an amazing job when they came to visit you. Mrs Tazi and I are very, very proud of you and of your involvement in this project. We both know you will keep on working to make this project come true.

As you know the American Embassy has also decided to grant us with €3,000, and a local business has offered us €1,000.

The General Council of the Hauts de Seine, together with Versailles' schoolboard have also promised us their financial support.

We are of course very grateful to all these people who are helping us make this dream come true of taking kids from underserved areas to the United States and give them the wonderful opportunity of meeting teenagers in Boston and visit the Big Apple (=New York).

We are probably the luckiest teachers in France to have such wonderful students as you all!!!

My BAA students and I are really looking forward to seeing you this coming Spring!
